I love me a comped room, don’t you? It’s my favorite way to do Vegas on weekdays! And the best way to get comped hotel rooms in Vegas is NOT to spend a million bucks gambling in Las Vegas, but to play myVEGAS’ app games at home.
*** The myVEGAS Rewards hotel comp calendars for July 2023 through Dec 2023 have arrived! There are both 1-night complimentary stays as well as 2-night complimentary stays.
If you’re not sure whether the MGM resort of your choice has availability for the weekend you want to visit, you can use these calendars as a guide to see if you have a chance of booking a room for your desired dates.
Please note that the myVEGAS group is actually allotted a certain number of hotels on certain dates. And these calendar screenshots are just a snippet in time–if all the allotted rooms given to myVEGAS get booked up for a date, then that date may have no more availability.
Also please note, the calendars below are only to be used as a reference to give you an idea of what’s available. The most accurate way of checking for the latest availability is by redeeming the reward, signing into your MGM Rewards account, and looking at the latest calendars yourself.

What Is myVEGAS?
myVEGAS is an online rewards program created by MGM Resorts International. It allows customers to collect points or rewards through playing their Facebook/app games such as slots, bingo, blackjack, etc.
These points can be redeemed for real-life experiences, such as dining out and free hotel stays at MGM Resorts in Las Vegas, Atlantic City and other locations around the world.
myVEGAS members earn Loyalty Points, which can be redeemed for real-life rewards.
Once you have enough reward points, they can be cashed in for perks like free nights at select hotels and resorts, discounts on meals, admission tickets to popular Las Vegas attractions, show tickets from participating venues, concert tickets and more.
My personal favorite is myVEGAS Bingo. I play every day without fail, which is probably not very healthy for me. It’s great for earning Loyalty Points though!
What Types Of Comped Hotel Rewards Does myVEGAS Have?
myVEGAS is an online rewards program that offers users a variety of comped hotel offers. Through this program, users will be able to exchange their myVEGAS reward points for eligible hotel stays at MGM Resorts International around the world.
Here’s a look at some of the different types of comped hotel offers available through myVEGAS Rewards.
Free Nights In Las Vegas
The most popular type of comped offers from myVEGAS is free night stays in Las Vegas hotels. These offers provide players with one night or two nights of free stay in MGM resorts. The MGM resorts include:
- Bellagio
- Aria
- Park MGM
- Vdara
- Mandalay Bay
- MGM Grand LV
- New York-New York
- Luxor
- Excalibur
One thing to note is that a lot of the comped hotel rooms are for stays taking place Sunday thru Thursday. On occasion, there are weekend nights, but don’t expect this to be the case all the time.
Additionally, these rewards can even be used to upgrade existing booked rooms or extended stays for additional nights.
Other hotel offers include discounted rates on suites (15-30% off), resort credits, discounts on shows, buy-one-get-one buffets, spa treatments, and more.
Free Nights In Other Cities
In addition to the MGM resort offers, myVEGAS also has a bunch of other free night offers for casino resorts around the world. Some of these include:
- Montego Bay Resort (West Wendover, NV)
- Beau Rivage (Biloxi, MS)
- Sycuan Casino Resort (El Cajon, CA)
- Peppermill Reno (Reno, CA)
- Borgata (Atlantic City, NJ)
This year, they’ve even begun offering discounts on IHG properties like Regent, Intercontinental Hotels, Kimpton Hotel, and Crowne Plaza (though it’s only 15% off room rates).
myVEGAS Rewards Hotel Calendar 2023 (Jul – Dec)
Before we get into the myVEGAS complimentary night hotel calendars, here are a few things to note about myVEGAS Rewards:
- At the beginning of each calendar cycle, myVEGAS is given a fixed number of hotel rooms they can give away as comped nights. These are usually Sunday to Thursday, but I’ve seen weekend comps as well.
- These calendar screenshots are to be used as just a reference as they are accurate as of mid-July 2023 (when I grabbed them from the MGM site).
- The most accurate way of checking for the latest available dates is by redeeming the reward, signing into your MGM Rewards account, and looking at the updated calendars yourself. If all the allotted rooms given to myVEGAS get booked up for a date, then that date may have no more availability.
- If it turns out that the hotel ran out of available comped rooms, you can return your rewards purchase and get all your points back. You can return up to 5 rewards in a 30-day time span.
- Within the availability calendar, any date that has the word “Comp” under it means it is available as a free night. If you do not see “Comp” for your desired date, that means there is no reward for that date (meaning you’ll have to pay out of pocket if you want to stay on a date without “Comp”).
- Even though the room is comped, you will still have to pay the resort fee (about $35-$40 USD). If you are an MGM Rewards Gold, Platinum, or NOIR, then the resort fee is also comped.
- A hotel reward can only be used once within a 30-day rolling period.
- Hotel rewards must be used within 90 days of purchase.
- If you decide you don’t want your Complimentary Room Night anymore (or want to choose another hotel), you can go into your wallet to return it and get all your points back.
- If you are only getting 1-night hotel comps but plan on staying multiple nights, you can team up with your friends/family and have them redeem a hotel comp reward too. You can then link dates together for more extended stays. All parties must be present at check-in to connect reservations.

myVEGAS Rewards: Frequently Asked Questions
Do myVEGAS Rewards Expire?
Yes, myVEGAS Rewards do expire. Each reward has an expiration date listed in the corresponding offer details page. These dates vary depending on the reward but most range from 30 days up to 6 months from when it was issued. All expired rewards will be automatically removed from your account and cannot be used after their expiration date has passed. Hotel rewards must be used within 90 days of purchase.
Can You Refund myVEGAS Rewards?
If you decide you don’t want your purchased reward anymore (or want to choose another one instead), you can go into your wallet to return it and get all your points back. (See screenshot below.)
How Many myVEGAS Rewards Can I Cancel?
You may only cancel 5 rewards every 30 days.
Can Someone Else Redeem My myVEGAS Reward?
No, it is not possible for someone else to redeem your myVEGAS reward.
A reward may only be redeemed by the player who earned the Loyalty Points that were used to purchase the reward. When you redeem your first reward, you will be asked to provide a real name and email address which must match the name and email address on the Mlife account that will be redeeming the reward in Vegas. The person redeeming will have to show ID.
Is there a redemption limit for myVEGAS rewards?
Most rewards are limited to “1 per player” per offer period. This means that you can purchase this reward once during each offer period. When the offer period renews you can purchase it again. Offer periods depend on the availability of myVEGAS’ partner offers.
For premium rewards: The myVEGAS app limits you to 3 Premium awards redeemed at one time. In terms of comped hotel nights (which are premium rewards), you have a limit of one complimentary room reward per player per trip, regardless of MGM property.
For non-premium rewards: You can redeem as many as you have the points to purchase.

When does the schedule for July and beyond usually get released?
Currently, I’m seeing room redemptions saying “must be redeemed by 6/6/2023” so I would say sometime around early June at the latest. Check back then, I’ll try to get this post updated with the latest availability as soon as they’re live!
Yeah, I’ve currently been waiting for July to pop up, been checking every few days.
can the 100.00 dollars free play reward be used along with M life room 3 day stay
Hi Linda, I don’t believe this is possible as they are both considered premium rewards. Per the T&C’s, “this offer is non-transferable, subject to availability, and may not be used in conjunction with any other MGM rewards offer.” I would call or email the MyVEGAS people to confirm!
Can’t see 2-comped nights in any app for any hotel – do you know, if they will come again/back? Looking for late November after F1…
Hey Alex, as of today, I’m also seeing what you’re seeing — almost no comped night rewards available. I’m not sure if they’re completely out or if they’ll come back. I will say, there are days when some comped night rewards disappear for a few days, then will reappear again. I’d login and check every few days (especially on Mondays when a new week starts!).
How do you find a calendar that has the most up to date available comp rooms?
You can redeem the comped night reward and follow the email link to the MGM site where you book your room. You’ll be able to see real-time availability on that calendar!
This is super useful and a great blog so thanks so much! I’m new to myVEGAS slot rewards and looking for some help?!… if I want to book for mid oct can I get the reward now as it says must be claimed within 45 days. Any ideas!!? Thanks so much!!
Hi Joey!
So glad to know that this is helpful to ya! To answer your question, yes, you can book a room for October now. The “claimed within 45 days” just means you need to make the reservation on the MGM resorts website before those 45 days. It doesn’t matter if your travel dates are actually 45 or more days out. Hope this helps!
Hey Jo, the reward usually also tells you, when the trip has to take place as well. The overview in the app (or FB) might be a little bit confusing…
Hi, I have a comp night and a discounted rate for the 2nd night through my MGM rewards. For the 3rd night can I use a myvegas comp night and combine the reservations? I didn’t think it would let me book it online but its showing up as a comp night. Do you think I will have issues?
Hi Tom, I don’t think you’ll have a problem if they are allowing you to book it! I know you can’t use more than one MYVEGAS comped night, but the fine print doesn’t mention comped nights from elsewhere. I’d book and just call them to have them connect the reservations before you get there. Just to make sure you don’t face any issues upon arrival!
Thanks for the details on comped nights! Question for you.
I see it’s noted that you cannot use two comped nights in the same trip, but what is a “trip” defined as?
More to the point, for example, could I use a Bellagio comped night on Sun 12/03 and then an Aria comped night on Thurs 12/07?
I might be staying that entire week (pay for MGM Mon-Thurs) and bouncing around hotels to use my points but if there is a day or three in between would that be allowed?
Nope, that won’t be allowed if you’re trying to redeem from your own MyVEGAS account. The app literally won’t let you redeem another comped night reward if you already have one in your wallet (I think you can redeem one every 30 days). If you have a +1 who also has a MyVEGAS account, they can redeem a comped night through their account and join up the reservations for consecutive nights! Hope that helps!
